La Grange monitors and evaluates utility services to establish rates and services for the benefit of its customers. La Grange offers promotional and marketing services for the area through the La Grange Area Chamber of Commerce. The City of La Grange will strive to be a partner in applying for Texas
Capital Fund grants and loans and in maximizing dollars from the state
